3 Age Verification & KYC

1111bde verifies the age and identity of every user to ensure responsible gaming. Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory before making any withdrawal.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from 1111bde:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000
• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 1–6 hours.
• VIP members enjoy faster withdrawal processing.

Wagering requirements for the relevant bonus must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from that bonus. 1111bde reserves the right to conduct additional verification for any unusual withdrawal requests.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

1111bde offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. Applies once.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., x20, x30). Withdrawals are only available after wagering the bonus amount multiplied by the required multiplier.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

8 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If the user requests to close their own account.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (provided the bonus terms have been met) will be returned.

10 Liability Limits

• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from the user disclosing their own password or login credentials to another person.
